Chemka Hot Springs & Moshi Town
The Chemka Hot Springs & Moshi Town tour combines natural relaxation with cultural exploration in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. The day begins with a visit to the Chemka Hot Springs (also known as Kikuletwa Hot Springs), a hidden gem surrounded by lush vegetation. The warm, crystal-clear waters of the spring create a peaceful oasis perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
Afterward, the tour heads to Moshi Town, the gateway to Mount Kilimanjaro. In Moshi, you’ll explore the town’s lively markets, visit local cafes, and learn about its history, which is deeply tied to the coffee trade. You may also have the chance to visit nearby coffee plantations, where you can learn about the region’s coffee production process and enjoy a fresh cup of locally grown coffee. This tour is a perfect combination of nature, relaxation, and local culture.
