Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, board your 4×4 safari vehicle for a 2–3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its stunning landscapes and exceptional wildlife. The park’s lifeline, the Tarangire River, attracts countless animals, especially during the dry season. Marvel at the iconic baobab trees and vast swamps, which serve as magnets for wildlife. Tarangire is home to some of Africa’s largest elephant herds and rare species like the greater kudu and fringed-eared oryx. With a delicious picnic lunch in hand, enjoy a full-day game drive before retiring to the Bougainvillea Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.
